C.B. Lansdell

Coe Lansdell is a South African illustrator and speculative fiction writer. Years ago, a dream about a shy projectionist and a magnetic character on stage, and the gap between them, sparked an idea. The characters, Prsimer and Oklas, stayed with Coe, eventually appearing in her debut novel, Far Removed (Book 1 in the Apidecca Duology).

Coe is currently preparing Book 2 for beta readers and has a few short stories in the works. All her books feature near-human characters seeking faith and connection in the unjust alien world of Knyadrea.

Notes:  The species of the characters depicted is gender-ambiguous. The main cast includes characters with hidden disabilities and physical ailments. Content warnings can be found on my WordPress site.
